ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT

RUSAN-MIKRON d.o.o. does not collect or process payment card data through its website.

Payment for products is made exclusively via bank transfer (payment based on quotation or invoice). After receiving the order, the customer receives an order confirmation and/or quotation containing all necessary payment information.

All financial data is exchanged exclusively between the customer and their bank through secure banking systems. RUSAN-MIKRON d.o.o. does not have access to confidential banking data of the customer (such as card numbers, security codes, etc.).

The data provided by the customer during the ordering process (company name, address, contact details) is used exclusively for order processing, issuance of quotations and invoices, and organization of delivery.

RUSAN-MIKRON d.o.o. applies appropriate technical and organizational data protection measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of all data.
